Current Projects – overview

In 2014 we will continue to implement the plans that we developed in 2013. We will be convening the Advisory Board quarterly and will have our General Assembly meeting in the summer. Our annual “bookend” events – the Love Your Food System activities in February and the FrankenFood Party in October are a chance to bring all of our council groups together for fun and camaraderie, and of course, food! And we will continue to strengthen our organizational structure to reflect our values and action priorities. This includes expanding our Governing and Advisory Boards to represent a broad range of expertise in the food system, as well as assembling specialized Think Tank and Policy Watchdog teams to inform our research and legislative advocacy.

Our 2013-14 action plan is outlined in this slide show.
